We ship from Chicago, IL. All orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days of placement.
Dry Goods (Spices, Flours, Lentils, Coffee)
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days via USPS
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Flat rate $6.99 on orders under $75
Handmade Injera (Perishable)
Injera is cooked fresh every Sunday and shipped Monday morning via Priority Mail (2–3 days). We only ship injera Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays that could affect freshness.
- Orders must be placed by Saturday midnight to ship the following Monday
- Ships in an insulated bag with ice packs
- Store in the refrigerator upon arrival; consume within 5 days
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months
Returns & Refunds
Dry Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at contact@jebenawings.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We do not accept returns on food products that have been opened.
Injera
Because injera is a perishable product made to order, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or was not delivered on time due to a carrier delay, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
Non-Food Items
Clothing and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Contact us at contact@jebenawings.com to initiate a return.
